We have the perfect opportunity for you to get up close and personal with these exact gardens — in the front yards of Highlands. And you don’t even need to be a gardener — just a lover of gardens.

 

Within the next month or so, the city will be announcing the 2016 Front Yards in Bloom contest, and we are in need of two new Yellow Sign Garden Elves.
